Ordering/Payment FAQ
The order forms on the old website asked for my payment information, now it doesn't - why is that?
We have changed the way we process payments. We now receive your order, call you to confirm that we have received it and provide you with a total and turnaround time for your project, you may then pay over the phone.
Are the order forms on your website safe for sending information?
If a form on our website is asking for sensitive information such as your credit/debit card number then you can be sure that those forms are safe. Our website uses a 256-Bit Encryption system - Encryption is the process of scrambling data into an undecipherable format that can only be returned to a readable format with the proper decryption key. At the bottom right of every page you can click on our SSL certificate which authenticates the identity of our web site. When clicking on the certificate button you will find our company name, the certificate's serial number and expiration date. Please be sure to look at the page link in your browser, as HTTPS means you're using a safe form versus some of our general basic forms that don't ask for important info - the regular pages just have HTTP without the letter "S" at the end.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase(s)?
Our company sends invoices in PDF format to the email address attached to your order. Invoices may be sent as soon as we charge your card, upon project completion, or by request.
How long will it take to upload my files?
Uploading may take a very long time depending on your connection speed.
Turnaround & Pick-Up FAQ
Do you provide an option for local pick-up or ship on print orders?
We allow you to choose if you would like to pick-up your order or have it shipped to your door. Pick-up is in the Chicago, IL area. Shipping can be done but for an extra fee, which depends on what exactly your ordering, how far you are from the Chicagoland area, and how fast you need it shipped to you.
Printing FAQ
Would you be able to design my project but allow me to print on my own?
Although we can handle both design and printing, we would have no problem taking care of your design project and you taking it elsewhere.
I would like to get my design project completed, but plan on printing it at a later time - would I have to pay for both right away - or can I handle each seperately?
We understand that some people may like to promote projects on the web first before printing or other issues get in the way of taking care of both things. As long as you have us save your design files then you just let us know when you are ready to get the design printed.

Cancellations
No refunds are available on orders unless your credit/debit card has not been charged yet.
Right to Subcontract
MWW Designs Inc. shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor.
Handling Returns/Refunds...
All sales are final and there are no returns/refunds on any order(s) placed. However, if a return is granted, you must return every single sheet, or item, that was sent to you unused.
Sample Use
MWW Designs Inc. may use your product for samples or advertising purposes.
